Anything you are thinking if it is not with love is not true. Love is all encompassing. What is all encompassing has no opposite. Make the effort. Speak from the heart. Remember only love is real.

Do not walk away from having the conversations that matter. Speak up, take action, love more deeply than you previously thought possible. Be about it. When you talk about what matters you attune your system into a knowing. A way of being were you understand more and more of what is important. Words from 1965 by Martin Luther King Jr. speak to the heart of the matter, “Our lives begin to end the day we become silent about things that matter." Do not walk away from having the conversations that matter. Speak up, take action, love more deeply than previously possible.
